How do I correctly draw my AOI?

Click Draw AOI and outline your area on the map. Make sure the shape is closed, and adjust points as needed before submitting. Alternatively, you can upload a shapefile instead of drawing.

Why are some providers not available for my AOI?

Each provider has a minimum area requirement. If your AOI is smaller than their minimum size, they won’t appear as an option for a task order.

What does the minimum area error mean?

It means your AOI is smaller than the provider’s allowed minimum. Increase the AOI size or choose another provider. What is the difference between Existing Imagery and Task Order?

• Existing Imagery: Already captured, available for immediate download.
• Task Order: A request for new imagery to be captured or processed.

Why does the price change when I resize my AOI?

Prices are calculated per km². Larger areas cost more. Smaller areas cost less but cannot be smaller than the provider’s minimum size.

How do I find imagery?

You can:

• Search using keywords and filters (resolution, date, cloud cover, and more).
• Upload a shapefile (.zip) containing your AOI polygons.
• Draw your AOI on the LandEye map.
