1. Legal Framework

This policy complies with:

• Directive (EU) 2019/790 (DSM)
• Digital Services Act
• Dutch Copyright Act

2. Ownership

Providers retain full ownership of uploaded content and warrant legal rights.

3. Platform License

Providers grant LandEye a limited license to host, display, and distribute content solely for Platform operation and promotion.

4. Buyer License

Buyers receive only the license explicitly granted by the Provider.

5. Notice-and-Action

Rights holders may submit notices including:

• Identification of the work
• Proof of ownership
• Good-faith declaration

6. Counter-Notice

Affected Users may submit counter-notifications.

7. Repeat Infringement

Repeated infringement may result in account termination.

8. Governing Law

Dutch law applies.
