After placing an order or purchasing archived imagery, follow the steps below to download the delivered imagery. Click the profile icon in the sidebar menu to access your dashboard.

Here, you can view all your orders. If the LandEye team hasn’t yet confirmed the imagery, you’ll need to wait until the acquisition is available for download. On the right side of the order, you see a ‘Download’ button that remains disabled until confirmation. You can also use the ‘Show AOI on Map’ button to review your Area of Interest.

Upon confirmation, the “Download” button turns green and becomes available. Click it to start the download.
